Job Description
Responsible to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and support sales members to ensure successful execution of the sales process. Duties include all sales support activities for service center, area distributors and regional sales/service/inside sales representatives.

- Generate sales of stock and custom tooling to current customers.
- Promote servicing of tools to customers.
- Prospect potential customers to develop new business.
- Analyze customer needs and advise customers on tooling applications.
- Prepare quotations for new and custom tooling.
- Obtain technical assistance for client projects.
- Provide order and application details as requested by technical specialists.
- Serve as company liaison with customers on all sales, accounting, shipping and other administrative matters.
- Follow-up on sales orders to ensure delivery.
- Promote special programs and sales promotions to customers.
- Stay abreast of market conditions and advise company officials of new and emerging customer needs.
- Supervise sales/service representative assigned to sales territory.
- Serve as back-up to sales/service representative in his/her absence.
- Maintain effective communications with customers and office personnel.
- Daily contact with customers and potential customers. Frequent contact with sales and support personnel at headquarters.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- At least two years of field sales, service, or technical support experience.
- Computer software experience including Microsoft Office Products.
- Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record is mandatory.
